How does valet parking work at Eindhoven Airport?

You book our valet parking service online. You will then receive a reservation confirmation with all the necessary information, such as directions, an explanation, and a parking ticket. - Day of departure
You are expected at Freddy van Riemsdijkweg 11, where a parking attendant will be waiting for you in the covered hall. - Checking the car
You gain access to the premises via the barrier and drive through the video street, where any damage is recorded. Together with an employee, the mileage is noted. - Departure on holiday
After signing for the delivery of the car, you walk to the departure hall within 2 minutes. We move the car to an external site, with a maximum of 25 km extra on the odometer. - Return
Upon return, the car will be ready for you, and you sign for the pickup.

You can. We advise you to book “whole” days then: from 05:00 to 23:55. You can still change the times via your confirmation e-mail. You can also make your change via parking(at)parkenfly.com.
Yes, you can only drive in and out during the times you enter. This also means you only pay for the parked time instead of whole days. We advise you to count 2 hours for your outward flight and 1 hour after landing for your return flight. We apply an extra margin to ensure you have plenty of time.
Park & Fly applies market-based prices. However, it is difficult to give an indication. Prices depend on the season and parking duration and can therefore vary a lot.
Our valet parking service is available 365 days a year and we are open from 04:30 to 00:00.
You can cancel the booking in writing up to 24 hours before reserved arrival time. The booking will then be cancelled free of charge. Do you cancel the booking within 24 hours? Then we will charge 25% of the total amount as an administration fee. You can avoid this by using our cancellation insurance.
After cancelling the reservation, we will refund the amount within 2 working days.
