How does it work?
- You will drive directly to the Wings Hotel (Rotterdam Airportplein 55, 3045 AP Rotterdam), a stone’s throw from the terminal.
- 15 minutes before you arrive at Valet Parking Rotterdam Airport, notify our driver that you are on your way by calling 088-5387110.
- When you arrive, an experienced driver will be waiting for you. You only have to walk about 100 metres with your luggage to check in. Of course, our driver will help you unload your luggage.
- During your journey, your vehicle will be safely parked at our optimally secured premises, just 5 kilometres from the airport. (A maximum of 15km is added to the mileage)
Returning to the airport
- On your return, simply call 088-5387110 as soon as you have your luggage.
- Our skilled driver will be waiting with your car in front of the Wings Hotel.
- The keys are handed over, you do a visual check together and the luggage is neatly loaded. No hassle and no waiting.
Frequently asked questions
You can change your booking up to one hour before arrival. This can be a change of license plate, but also a change of time or date. Please note: there may be a price difference for a date change. We will charge any additional price by means of a payment link via e-mail.
You can. We advise you to book “whole” days then: from 05:00 to 23:55. You can still change the times via your confirmation e-mail. You can also make your change via parking(at)parkenfly.com.
Yes, you can only drive in and out during the times you enter. This also means you only pay for the parked time instead of whole days. We advise you to count 2 hours for your outward flight and 1 hour after landing for your return flight. We apply an extra margin to ensure you have plenty of time.
Park & Fly applies market-based prices. However, it is difficult to give an indication. Prices depend on the season and parking duration and can therefore vary a lot.
Our valet parking service is available 365 days a year and we are open from 04:30 to 00:00.
This varies, but in principle a maximum of 25km is added on return. In practice, this is often less, but we mention this with every booking.
You can cancel the booking in writing up to 24 hours before reserved arrival time. The booking will then be cancelled free of charge. Do you cancel the booking within 24 hours? Then we will charge 25% of the total amount as an administration fee. You can avoid this by using our cancellation insurance.
After cancelling the reservation, we will refund the amount within 2 working days.
