Who is Park & Fly?

Park & ​​Fly is a parking operator around Eindhoven Airport and internet provider of parking facilities at various airports in the Netherlands and Germany.

How long does Park & Fly exist?

Park & ​​Fly has been an internet provider of parking spaces near airports for almost 10 years. Started from an increasing demand for affordable parking spaces. At Eindhoven Airport, Park & ​​Fly has its own parking lots near the departure hall. At airports where Park & ​​Fly is not located, it works with renowned parking partners.

What are the opening hours?

The parking facilities are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The office can be reached by phone during working days from 08:30 to 18:00. In addition, we are available by phone 24/7 for emergencies. Our Valet parking service is available during airport opening hours.

Is my car safe in the parking lots?

All Park & ​​Fly car parks are securely closed with a barrier and access code.

How can I reserve a parking space?

You can only reserve a parking space via our website. After payment you will receive the reservation confirmation via email. In this reservation confirmation you will find all important information such as: the address of the parking location and your entry & exit code. Print the reservation and take it with you so that you have the address and code with you.

Are the arrival and departure times necessary?

Yes, you can only drive in and out during the times you entered. This means you only pay for the parked time instead of whole days. We advise you to count 2 hours for your outbound flight and 1 hour after landing for your return flight. We also use an extra margin so that you have plenty of time.

Do you not have flight times yet and do you want to make a reservation?

That is possible. We advise you to book ‘full’ days: from 05:00 to 23:55. You can change the correct times via your ‘My Park and Fly account’. Don’t forget the ‘create account’ check mark during the ordering process. You can also report your change via parking(at)parkenfly.com.

Is it possible to book for several cars at the same time?

It is possible to book for several cars at the same time for all locations in Eindhoven and the location P3 in Weeze. This is possible up to a number of 5 cars. For our parking lot in Düsseldorf it is only possible to book for 1 car per reservation.

How can I pay?

You can pay online via the following online payment systems: iDeal, Visa, Mastercard, SOFORT banking and Mister Cash.

Can I cancel my parking space?

You can cancel the booking up to 1 hour before the reserved arrival time, in which case we will charge 25% of the total amount. 75% of the reservation amount will be refunded to your account. Reservations in Weeze can only be canceled up to 36 hours before arrival time. If you cancel later, or do not show up (no show), you cannot claim a refund of the amount. Cancellation is only possible by e-mail by sending the reservation confirmation to parking(at)parkenfly.com, stating the reason for cancellation. If you cancel due to or during a pandemic, you are not entitled to a refund of the reservation amount, you are only entitled to a voucher of the entire reservation amount.

Is there a shuttle service available?

The parking areas at Eindhoven Airport and P3 at Weeze Airport are all within walking distance, there is no shuttle service available.

Can I enter or exit outside my chosen times? delay and than?

You can only drive in and out within the chosen times. We use an hour and a half margin on top of your chosen times, so that you have enough time, even if there is a delay. We advise you to calculate the arrival time 2 hours before your flight time and the departure time 1 hour after landing. If you have significant delays, we can adjust your times. What are the dimensions of a parking space?

Our parking spaces have a size of 5.00 by 2.50 meters. There is no maximum height. If your vehicle is longer or wider, you can only use Valet Parking, please contact us.

How is my privacy handled at Park en Fly?
