Park & Fly likes to make booking parking spaces as easy as possible. It may not be immediately clear how online booking works, which is why we are happy to answer some frequently asked questions below.
General
All Park & Fly car parks are securely locked with a barrier and access code.
You can cancel the booking in writing up to 48 hours before reserved arrival time. The booking will then be cancelled free of charge. Do you cancel the booking within 48 hours? Then we will charge 25% of the total amount as an administration fee. You can avoid this by using our cancellation insurance.
After cancelling the reservation, we will refund the amount within 2 working days.
You can change your booking up to one hour before arrival. This can be a change of license plate, but also a change of time or date. Please note: there may be a price difference for a date change. We will charge any additional price by means of a payment link via e-mail.
You can only enter & exit within your chosen times. We personally apply an hour and a half margin on top of your chosen times, so that you have enough time even if there are delays. We advise you to calculate the arrival time 2 hours before your flight time and the departure time 1 hour after landing. If you are severely delayed, we can adjust your times accordingly. No, this is unfortunately not possible. You need to book a separate reservation for each car.
The car parks at Eindhoven Airport and P3 of Weeze Airport are all within walking distance, no shuttle service is available here.
Park & Fly has been an internet provider of parking spaces near airports for almost 10 years. Started from an increasing demand for alternatives to affordable parking spaces. At Eindhoven Airport, Park & Fly has its own car parks near the departure hall. At airports where Park & Fly is not located, it cooperates with renowned parking partners.
You can only reserve a parking space via our website. After payment, you will receive the reservation confirmation via e-mail. In this booking confirmation you will find all important data such as the address of the parking location and your QR code. The barrier will open automatically for you based on the license plate scan. Normally, you do not need a reservation or QR code, but in case something goes wrong, it is good to have them to hand.
You can pay online using the following online payment systems: iDeal, Visa, Mastercard, SOFORT banking and Mistercash.

Our parking spaces measure 5.00 by 2.50 metres. There is no maximum height. If your vehicle is longer or wider you can only use Valet Parking, please contact us.
Parking facilities are open 24/7. The office can be reached by phone during weekdays from 08:30 to 18:00. In addition, we can be reached by phone 24/7 for emergencies. Our Valet parking service is available during airport opening hours.

Yes, you can only drive in and out during the times you enter. This also means you only pay for the parked time instead of whole days. We advise you to count 2 hours for your outward flight and 1 hour after landing for your return flight. We apply an extra margin to ensure you have plenty of time.

Prices for parking at Eindhoven Airport vary considerably. In particular, the number of days, distance to the terminal, possibility to keep keys and the level of security of the car park play a role. Therefore, weigh up the conditions first and then compare the available options.
We also recommend taking preconditions into account. With Park & Fly, you can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Moreover, we will adjust your departure time if you are faced with long delays.
Absolutely! Drive to our location near the departure hall, hand in your car keys and go to the check-in desk. When you return, your car will be waiting for you, so you can drive straight home. Read more information here!

You park these at a location you have booked. Have you booked valet parking? Then your car will be parked in one of our optimally secured areas.
Our valet parking service is located at the Wings Hotel (Rotterdam Airportplein 55, 3045 AP Rotterdam), a stone’s throw from the terminal. The walking distance is only 2 minutes.
