Frequently asked questions
You can only enter & exit within your chosen times. We personally apply an hour and a half margin on top of your chosen times, so that you have enough time even if there are delays. We advise you to calculate the arrival time 2 hours before your flight time and the departure time 1 hour after landing. If you are severely delayed, we can adjust your times accordingly. You can. We advise you to book “whole” days then: from 05:00 to 23:55. You can still change the times via your confirmation e-mail. You can also make your change via parking(at)parkenfly.com.
Yes, you can only drive in and out during the times you enter. This also means you only pay for the parked time instead of whole days. We advise you to count 2 hours for your outward flight and 1 hour after landing for your return flight. We apply an extra margin to ensure you have plenty of time.
You can cancel the booking in writing up to 24 hours before reserved arrival time. The booking will then be cancelled free of charge. Do you cancel the booking within 24 hours? Then we will charge 25% of the total amount as an administration fee. You can avoid this by using our cancellation insurance.
After cancelling the reservation, we will refund the amount within 2 working days.
For disabled travellers, there are specially reserved spaces in the first row at car park P1. Make sure your European disabled parking card is clearly visible on the dashboard when you park at P1. A copy also suffices.
Please note that it is not possible to reserve a disabled parking space in advance.
Elke auto dat de terminal of parkeerplaatsen P1 t/m P3 wil bereiken, dient bij het toegangsportaal een bedrag van €3 te betalen. Na deze betaling kun je maximaal één uur parkeren op P1, P2 of P3. Hier kun je één uur gratis parkeren op P1, P2 en P3, of kort parkeren direct voor de terminal om iemand af te zetten of op te halen. Bij de ingang van de parkeerterreinen ontvang je een parkeerticket.
Wil je langer parkeren, bijvoorbeeld voor een vakantie? Reserveer dan eenvoudig je parkeerplaats via het overzicht hierboven. De slagboom gaat dan automatisch voor je open op basis van kentekenherkenning.

In car park P1, right by the terminal, four charging stations are available for electric cars. Cars can be charged here with up to 22 kilowatts of power.
